01About
I’m an agent engineer at Sierra, partnering with financial institutions to put AI agents in front of their customers. It’s the kind of work I’ve done my whole career: taking AI out of the demo and into production, where the stakes are real and “mostly works” doesn’t ship.
Before Sierra I spent three and a half years at Gecko Robotics as a forward-deployed engineer and technical lead. I led development of Cantilever AI, the agent platform behind a strategic partnership with NAES to modernize American power plants, and helped launch Asset Manager, the product behind Gecko’s first SaaS deal. My code ran on data from robots crawling boiler walls: over a hundred million inspection points per asset, rendered in 3D and turned into decisions about steel and steam.
I got my start at Armorblox (acquired by Cisco), working on threat detection that protected more than a million enterprise mailboxes. I studied computer science at Michigan with a minor in entrepreneurship. That is probably why I keep ending up where engineering meets the customer.

Agent Engineering· Sierra
- Shipped production AI agents for voice and chat at financial institutions including Fiserv and FINRA, serving real-world end users.
- Partnering with customers on Sierra’s Financial Services team to design, build, and launch agents for customer experience.

Forward Deployed Software Engineer, Lead· Gecko Robotics
- Led development of Cantilever AI, Gecko’s enterprise agent deployment platform, including RAG pipelines, multi-agent orchestration, and fine-tuned models on Vertex AI, delivered as part of a strategic partnership with NAES.
- Led the ideation, design, and launch of Asset Manager, an industrial asset health and capital planning platform that closed Gecko’s first SaaS deal ($1.2M).
- Engineered data pipelines on GCP with Apache Spark and BigQuery processing more than a hundred million inspection data points, powering damage detection and interactive 3D visualizations in React and Three.js.
- Automated R-AUT inspection reporting from raw robotic data to validated deliverables, cutting preparation time by ~90%.
- Delivered for customers across Power, Oil & Gas (ADNOC), and Pulp & Paper in the US and internationally.
